The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 237                     
"An Act relating to offenses involving delivery of firearms to minors          
and to offenses involving possession of dangerous instruments,                 
including firearms, by minors" and recommended it be replaced with             
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 237(STA), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to the possession of firearms by                             
minors, offenses involving weapons, and permits for
